Published quarterly, it's not only read by their employees, it's used by Realtors to help solicit business and by managers in the recruiting process. The piece was redesigned to look more like a magazine than a typical company newsletter. More white space and larger headings create an inviting look and easy reading. As a result, the production was doubled and agents handed them out to consumers — a first. This won twice at the OAR convention
